aka you can’t skip the work, you have to show up repeatedly and put the effort in to be physically changed by what you’re doing. letting AI read or write for you just means that you’re not going to be changed. if you skip the effort, you skip the reward.
if it takes you 7 hours to read a 500 page book, you’re not changed but the 500 pages. you’re changed by the 7 hours you spent engaging with a topic/idea. (compared to asking gpt to generate the headlines that take 2 mins to read)
