I just watched this TikTok on a brand vs a business, where he said a business is focused on selling solutions, profit & logistics, where a brand is about evoking a feeling, building connections.
He then goes to say your local coffee shop is a brand but Starbucks is a brand.
In today’s America - it’s the opposite.
