volleyball experience

I thought experience would make my mental game stronger. But more experience is just that. More experiences. More experiences losing more experiences winning. And what sticks the most recently is the bad. All my confidence I had growing up is lost somewhere. Feels like it’s coming back to me, but oh how easy it seems looking back on it now.
