Dave Pascoe and Siim Land. The two men beating Bryan Johnsons biomarkers

Hey all, so Bryan launched the website Rejuvenation Olympics where you can buy a test kit and get on the leader board list. Two notable men continuesly beats Bryan Johnson.

Dave Pascoe is 62 and ages slower than Bryan. Then there is 29 year old Siim Land from Estonia who is number 1 in the world. Both men spend a lot less money than Bryan does. The point of this post is to tell people you don't need to be a millionaire to beat Bryans anti aging routine.

Bryan spends 2 million usd a year where Dave only spends 30,000 usd a year. Siim who is number 1 in the world spends even less. 16400 usd a year!

I can highly recommend you go research both Dave and Siims protocols. Siim got a YouTube channel and even did a collab with Dave recently on a podcast. Dave is not a YouTuber but got a website like Bryan where he offer his protocol for free :) Dave Pascoe kinda looks like Kenau Reeves it's very funny.
