Design systems process can be employed even in my PKM. Build the pilot then extract the elements, add to your system, create a reference style guide.

Ask your team a broad overarching question regarding the big picture objective, let them write it down. Ask them something more specific, let them write it down. Another question a tier below, let them write it down. Now at the end read out everyone's answers to these questions.

My assumption here is that likely not many write the same answers.
