An inquiry - How are we are deconditioning from more masculine ways of being and leaning into our feminine sides? How do we cultivate the new generation of empowered and awakened women the world desperately needs to come into balance?

Because I prefer not to reject my critical or judgmental nature, it’s important to remember that my love for improvement is fundamentally about enhancing how good my life feels. So, if a part of me, such as my critical or judgmental nature, is trying to serve this improvement but doesn’t feel good, that means its energies are being used ineffectively. It’s not to say that improvement will always feel like glitter and sunshine (I mean, maybe it could, but my belief system is not set up for that). But if the process of improvement feels like a punishment while it’s unfolding, that’s a great sign that I need to connect with the critic inside and clarify what we need from each other. When you’re someone with high standards, your critical nature, or perfectionism, is here to help you continue to build your business the way you want. And when you form a relationship with this part of you, it’s like hiring the most genius employee you could have in your business. I find that I really love working with my perfectionist clients because when they can transform how perfectionism shows up in their business, it’s honestly dazzling. So much evolves, the interactions they have day to day, the resonance of their audiences, the quality of opportunities they receive, and so their business starts to meet their standards in a new way. The critic receives the job it was meant to have. Me pondering this inspired the Perfectionism Pods, a 1:1 offer that’s available until Sunday (you get to choose your start date, but it’s only for sale until Sunday night because it’s specially priced compared to my other 1:1 work). I posted more about it in my stories as well as the way for you to reach out and join a pod 🫛.
