- capital demands design address the hyper-specific moment of The Now; the site of consumption, of transaction. Thats all it cares for; where it eats. But we all live in the permanent ruins of what is created for that moment. designers should design them instead. that is our world.

i am very grateful everyone who came to my talk at fwb fest and those who helped me out with it recently. in some ways this talk took 6 years to put together. the basic theory of "lifestyles," identity, and brands was there by 2016, but i was missing a strong notion of cultureSixian added 2y ago
