When you shift to vertical connection, you stop being available for spiritual vampirism - both as victim and perpetrator. You can't be drained because you're not giving your energy away. You can't drain others because you're sourcing from your own infinite supply.

When you're vertically connected, you don't need anything from the other person. You're not trying to fix them, save them, or complete yourself through them. You're not leaking energy into their field or absorbing their unprocessed emotions. You're simply present - completely yourself, completely available, completely free.
