Known as the Llano Exit Strategy, this unique community is located near Austin, Texas, by the Llano River. Designed with the help of architect Matt Garcia, this tiny town offers a sustainable and peaceful getaway just 90 minutes from the city. Each of the four cabins is 350 square feet and cost around $40,000 to build.
