I’m big on reconciliation if there’s mutual respect, changed behaviour and everyone is willing to do the work so everyone’s needs are met. I really don’t believe in pride getting in the way of collaboration, opportunity, friendship or love if it could go in the right direction

I think people underestimate how long it takes to get to know a person because humans can attach immediately. Bonds aren’t that hard to form but deciding if that connection is healthy and in alignment with where you’re going takes time. That’s not a process you rush (imo).
