What pieces of your winter exploration feel most tender?
Reminding myself that rest is still progress. To rest there is still movement. It’s slower but not every mile is run equally in a marathon. Sometimes you have have to slow down in order to add movement later. Right now is not that time, energetically. (spring 2025)
