How GenAI is reshaping tech hiring

I’ve always thought companies that help with software interviews would be really useful, glad to see there are a few popping up! I bet with LLMs entering the scene there will be even more need to move beyond leetcode questions and hiring companies won’t have the time or money to invest in that.
