Pretty Little Trinkets

Yeah, this was really beautiful and the way she acknowledge both the good and the not-so-good with marriage was very sweet. It’s a reminder for me that relationships aren’t just sweet, but there are other aspects to it too.

Oh, this was beautiful! I loved the whole album tracking Alice’s journey through song and art. I felt goosebumps hearing the first few seconds of the first song, “Alice Dreams of Paris”, it felt like it captured that excitement of dreaming and going to somewhere new.

I never noticed that Monet hardly painted other people, but his wife is frequently a subject in his paintings. But the author pointing out how he portrayed his wife in warm colours, highlighted by the sun, just full of admiration for her and he shares that admiration is :’)

I heard this on a Youtube playlist and it was just so romantic? It sounded full of sweetness, hope and yearning for a love that is sure to come.
