What does it mean to rest in our sorrow?

The cross covers the cost.

Letting my tears flow knowing they are watering my faith and God is counting and bottling them as a sweet outpouring unto Him.

If we skip past the cross too quickly, we miss it’s depth. Just like if we try to resolve questions too early we miss the right answers.

Our mourning is only the middle of the story. That’s what makes mourning hard but beautiful.

The Cross is where justice and mercy meet.

God doesn’t always remove our suffering, but He always meets us in it.
