something I love about the Microsolidarity Network is the regular pulse of people going out into the world to do “group stuff”, then coming back to share lessons
we’re learning how to become the kind of person who can transform a group from okay to awesome

whenever I try to put together some kind of “master resource” it almost always ends up being overwrought and tedious
when I write something like a personal recommendation doc for a friend, it almost always ends up being useful for other people and way easier to share too
i usually describe this to people as "make your work people-shaped", which is the cognitively ergnomic way of talking about "cognitive ergnomics" (which is, tragically, not cognitively ergonomic)
