Yes, more fun is needed in climate work. Without it, we will lose people due to burnout and dread.

Let’s zoom out, seeing beyond the “carbon tunnel vision”. Designers must ask the hard questions on every project, with every client, with every peer. We need to be honest with ourselves and each other as we work towards system change.
