Been thinking a bit about what kind of new "employment" arrangements might exist in Web3. Here's one I've been thinking about: Attention Bonds.

Prediction: Incentive designer will be a new title in web3. I think of it as a product designer that can draw on principles from economics/tokenomics, psychology, and engineering. Incentives govern everything!

There is insane demand for people who can understand and explain technology in a compelling way.
