Improving Relationships

Being a woman in a male-dominated industry has made me very aware that this culture is sorely lacking something I am naturally able to provide in spades. Not in a way that saps me of energy or makes me feel like a martyr, but in a way that feels fulfilling and grounding in my sense of self.

not my business to tell other people how to live their lives but if you're curious: I feel like lots of people mis-distribute their seriousness too serious about things you don't have to be serious about not at all serious about things you *ought* to be serious about 😂🤔

Whatever your spiritual practice is, if it's not making you more honest in your relationships, it's not working

Conventional wisdom says "relationships matter most in life" and then conveniently leaves out that your relationship with yourself is the greatest predictor of your relationship with others.
