[instagram comment] It's called neural plasticity! The more things you do to promote it (learning new things, doing tasks with opposite hands, etc) the more your brain will create new connections which can aid in TBI recovery and prevent dementia and other neural illnesses
Good habits to try. This post is overwhelming at first, because how can I make a habit of all of these things?? It would be more fun to try some of these and seeing if anything really resonates. Instead of frantically trying to save all recommended habits by influencers, I’ll try to throw my trusted d20 dice and try a few on a small scale, with no commitments.
