There is a difference between moving fast and rushing. You can move fast and be thoughtful. When you rush, you sacrifice thoughtfulness. Conversely, when you are thoughtful but not moving fast, you are overthinking it. Procrastination in disguise. Don’t rush, but don’t wait.

You can be the best product for small market, build a real company, and then from a position of strength, either stay there or attempt to expand to adjacent markets. Or be undistictive in a huge market, out-advertised and invisible, never getting off the ground.

Laborious solutions will often have more prestige in the short term. They cost a lot of effort and they're hard to understand, both of which impress people, at least temporarily.
