EVERYONE! So excited to announce something that the team and I have been working on for some time (!!) Introducing: the very first Unreasonable Hospitality Summit, May 22-23 in Nashville, TN. The Summit will be an intimate, personalized, practical training workshop with me and my team—and a gathering of like-minded people coming together to learn together. We’ll spend time on how to build a great team, and how to get the very best out of the one you’ve got. We’ll outline the steps needed to build a robust, lasting culture of hospitality, and how to make the most of the unexpected competitive advantages it confers. We will send you away with a detailed, specific, actionable plan they can set into motion as soon as they get home. We’re all going to learn a lot—but a workshop about hospitality needs to be hospitable! So you can also look forward to great food, excellent music, and awesome guests. . . . it’s going to be a good time. Only 300 tickets are available, and they go on sale at 1:00 est one week from today, on 2/12/25 at unreasonablehospitality.com. Link in bio for more info! 🙏💪❤️ #unreasonablehospitality
