I have to challenge my monkey brain to do hard thing even when I’m fucked out tired i sleep 7 hrs a day and still so tired I haven’t been able to sleep more than 7 hrs bc in adulthood it’s so hard to get enough sleep but like i think 7 is a good compromise still. Anyway I’m terrible at communication and i feel unclear abt my future.
