Your cause is not the moral equivalent of fighting slavery
A lot of people cannot differentiate having a cause from dehumanising people who don’t agree with them. As we’ve all learned by now, a person’s goodness cannot be measured by the amount of carnage they’re willing to unleash on people they categorise as other.
