this morning I woke up to a message from probably the most based professor at Harvard: "Most of you will not believe what I am about to tell you, which is that no one is in need of being saved, and you are not able to save anyone. If you were to believe these words, your entire careers, your whole moral justification, would crumble. Nonetheless I have to say it to you. For once you need to hear a person with a modicum of decency say these words to you."
