Once I did 5 grams. It was a 10-hour trip where I felt my body was some sort of spacecraft and I was the pilot. The term “I” referred to a kind of light placed in the forehead of that spacecraft. My life was not the same after that, in a good way.

holy shit. one mushroom journey did more for me in 6 hours than therapy, meditation, religion, writing, productivity hacks, deep conversations with brilliant people, having children, cold water plunges, travel to beautiful places and reading could do in 37 years. not sure what happens next. but it feels like i met myself... I imagine psychedelics to be a reset of your internal architecture, (at least from a high dose); a tabla rasa, rebuild based on your patterns and values. In some cases, a rebuild goes well, but there are unpredictable cases, where some freak thing can corrupt a re-compile. There are many cases of this: of people who are disoriented for like 6-18
