The best and most important work comes from adapting, responding, and modifying interventions as you assess what works and doesn’t work. 95% of the absolute nonsense online is just people reading pubmed abstracts and posting it. Practicing health is really a game of patterns and tricks. Knowing which patterns (from tests, symptoms, reactions or non improvements) require which tricks (lifestyle, diet or supplement changes).
