These farmers strive to preserve wild and local plant species that are disappering from the indian kitchen due to unpredictable weather. Saurabh Narang is an Indian visual storyteller based in Germany. He is interested in documenting human stories from unique and unexplored communities, cultures, and places. Born in Delhi, India, in 1986, he studied finance and worked as an analyst at Barclays. He believes that photography offers an inherently positive and life-changing experience, allowing a person to discover, understand, and accept myriad differences between cultures, people, and nature. He connects well with people and listens patiently to their stories. Most of his work is self-initiated. The Guardian, NatGeo, DW, PetaPixel, and other renowned international publications have featured his photography and personal story in their media.
