@leearnold back with day 3 of my takeover. This photograph was shot on black and white film in the Périgueux region of France near the home of the Renaissance essayist Montaigne. Layered on top of the image is a series of paper cutouts rendered as rotating isometric cubes. In this work I was interested in how we perceive time in still and sequential images, and exploring the poetics of color, atmosphere and space.
