By changing the quality of your thoughts, you will change the quality of your life. It isn’t a mystery; it’s an indisputable law that most people aren’t even aware of.

Energy cannot be created or destroyed it only changes form.

It’s important to note that when you desire something and begin to tune your dial into its energies, you must not concern yourself with “how” it’s going to happen. That isn’t your concern. Let the universal energies around you work that out, do not try to interfere. In other words, stay out of your own way.

It is you, it is your fault, and you are responsible for whatever turmoil, chaos, or unhappiness you have in your life right now. Accept that and you can begin to change your life for the better.
