This memo highlights the story of a person who wanted to buy a tractor but was not knowledgeable enough about the different features, prices, power, specifications nor exactly what he was going to use the tractor for. Therefore, he resorted to manuals in order to learn more about them and to make a more educated decision prior to purchasing.

After reviewing different manuals and printed materials, he was still left with a big gap with regard to tractors and backhoes and what would his best option be. Therefore he decided to contact a Tech company to find out if they had digital information about the tractors and/or more visuals in order for him to learn more about them.
