In my experience, we must each start by becoming aware of our mindsets and the effects they have on how we think and what we think about.

A regenerative work design is never off the shelf. It is grown from fundamental principles by the people in an organization in a way that is consistent with their own unique nature and purpose.

When it’s done well, disruptive innovation has the power to regenerate whole industries and markets.
