... See moreThe less obvious way to buy back your time is to say no. Passing on a promotion might “buy” you more time with family. Declining the dinner invite might “pay” for the time you need to exercise. We buy back our time not only with the money we spend, but also with the opportunities we decline.

... See moreThe following constraints have given me more freedom with my time, money, and energy:
Budgeting every dollar. All impulse purchasing has screeched to a halt. I can’t recommend it enough.
Eating like a dog. Eat pretty much the same things everyday, cheap, quick, real, whole, and healthy but still delicious (think eggs on toast, soup...)
Dressing for my
