We do not need to know the entire story of the past life, simply the moment of a significant decision, the contributing factors, and the other identifying markers in a general way. We want to know: Who? (relevant identity information); When? (approximately); and Where? (what region).

Ask the MTLOs to assist you so you can get a sense of yourself in this lifetime, within the context of your Soul’s entire journey as human. What is significant about this lifetime? What is important about who you are and the life you are living? What are the most significant opportunities being presented to you in this life?

Realm is emotionally safe and supportive. Notice the felt sense of being in your Akashic Records. How does it feel? What emotions do you experience? Observe your level of comfort. Invite the presence of your loving Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones (from here on called “MTLOs”).
