5. Open to receive your soul's love for you. Say to yourself, "I deserve love. I now allow unlimited love into my life."

Any time you feel yourself resisting soul contact or any of your goals, take time to discover any subpersonalities whose fears, doubts, and concerns you need to hear and evolve.

Reflect on your life and your activities. Are there places where you have created an "us/them" in your life, such as at your workplace, in a social group, or within your circle of family and friends? Look at how you might let go of any barriers that separate you from others.

All your subpersonalities are trying to assist you, even if they seem to be resisting you.

As you consciously link with your soul and awaken your heart centers you can take a quantum leap into loving and living as a soul, aware of the souls of others. With this awareness you can connect with the community of spiritual Beings — the Enlightened Ones, Masters, angels, guides, and all those who are assisting humanity and you to experience

Its magnetic love attracts all to itself.

6. Surround thoughts that you do not want with Solar Light until they turn into light. Be persistent and do this every time you experience these thoughts, until they no longer exist except as light.

Know that for everything that leaves your life, something better is coming. Affirm that there is a higher purpose for what is happening, even if you do not understand it yet. Hold the thought that good will come out of this event and look for all the good within it.

Are concerned that you might get out of touch with reality and never get practical things done if you lived as your soul.
