Self Illumination

Nothing can exist without energy.

Thoughts have no ability to see or know anything.

Knowing the difference between Clear and Present Awareness and concepts appearing in thinking is all that is necessary.

A thousand can scream and stamp their feet. Reality is unmoved by the appearance of anything.

The only way out of the mind, which is time, is to stop. Labels cannot be placed upon the naked Empty cognition.

The death of the me is simple, nothing dramatic.. It is simply the disappearance of belief in an idea.

Reality is not in conflict with anything. Reality is non- dual. Conflict depends upon two opposing ‘elements’.

Whatever you attach yourself to will be taken away - therefore be what you are without attachment. Self love. Not two.

Trying won't help. Understanding reveals itself as ‘Already So’.
