And once you're able to really articulate what you value, then you can find others who share those values. And when you find those who share your values, especially in the workplace, that's when real change can come about, because you're connecting on something a lot deeper than just issues Or tasks. You're connecting on something that's foundational to who you are. And through there, you're building relationships that can weather the storms that will come in the work that you do. Yeah, I love what you said about using emotions to your advantage, because I think it is true, maybe especially for women, but I think for everyone in corporate America that there is Some maybe unspoken rule that says emotions don't belong here. So I went through a really challenging work situation. And I was so upset by what had happened, I was bringing that negative emotion to the workplace. But without having kind of a focus for it or a context or a way to use it. And I finally said, I need to do something I took an improv acting class. And in much the same way that you're talking about learning how to craft that emotion into a goal into a challenge into the opportunity to build something better, allowed me to use what I was feeling in a positive way. So tell me how you teach people to build and craft and deliver effective stories.
