Rush hour

Slower and smaller. What a life I’m choosing. But to be honest, I only have so many fucks to give in a day. And so do you. Slow down you fucking crazy child.

To survive, mentally, I have to make my world smaller. I’ve deleted social media apps from my phone - it might last a week - but there’s less. Instantly less.

Oh and here dear reader is where my perspective has been altered. Not to sound selfish or anything but absolutely nothing is more important than me. Sorry, not sorry. You are more important than anything. Anything. People have told me this. Many times in fact. But I didn’t listen - until it was too late. Until I got sick. Burnt out af.
