It is suggested that people do not actually have problems, but rather thoughts about problems, and that problems only exist in thought, while in reality, there are only situations that require practical responses, and the problem is always the story one tells themselves about the situation 05:57

Constantly resisting being alone can radiate a fear of emptiness, leading to heavy, needy relationships, and ultimately, feeling more alone, confirming the initial fear, but in reality, the individual created the feared outcome through resistance 18:20

The moment individuals realize they don't have to carry the weight of every outcome, they can begin to feel a lightness return, and the pressure softens, allowing them to hear what life has been whispering all along, which is that there is no enemy, no mistake, and only experience 29:18
