I have done therapy extensively (under CBT practitioners) and it has been a thoroughly unhelpful experience. I didn't think I'd ever do therapy again but at this point I am very desperate and need a space to vent and be heard.
Is psychodynamic therapy good for that? Is it basically just short-term psychoanalysis?
