This plan has to be facetious. Not that sunken living rooms (grooving areas) weren't a thing, or bedroom walls were once optional (for key parties, natch), but because the kitchen and dining were separated by the study. Not even Gehry would design such an odd floorplan. #Don'tDrinkAndDesign
