Projection - the work
Projection, the work
Reflection - when we respond to other’s shadow projections by accepting them as a reality of ourselves. “Take nothing personally” -4 agreements. The best method of energy navigation for this is to “not reflect negativity but hold a mirror to it.” -gray rock method, cultivating equanimity, curious and non-confrontational (*keyword) statements or questions that necessitate self-reflection (this is tricky and take caution that you aren’t deflecting accurate reflections or observation of self - usually if you’re responding out of heightened emotion, regardless of if their projection is accurate you muddy the waters of reality vs distortion. this becomes easier to navigate once shadow work and self-awareness becomes second nature) - when in doubt acquiesce in the moment and take the observation / reflection / projection into consideration (am I actually like this? Be honest about your actions, behavior. You are responsible for your responses to others regardless of their actions. You cannot control their actions, you can only control yours.)
Judge not lest ye be judged - What you judge in others is a judgement upon unacknowledged aspects of the self
Projection - Shame is noted again
