Asking and answering questions make us proactive in our lives, rather than reactive.
The greatest shift: you start letting go. What you held against yourself, what you held against others. The guilt, the shame, the pain. The needless suffering. As you drop the weight, you realize the truth—illusions of the mind, all. What is left is you, reborn, giving yourself love. You live from this place.
So, I ask myself, if I was to look deeper, why am I down, why isn’t my life an expression of, well, awesomeness? Once you’ve experienced it and you know it’s possible, then you should be doing everything in your power to keep it that way. It’s just too good.
So hold yourself accountable to your vow for one month. Track yourself, pick your line in the sand, and create your rituals. Go all in. It’s only one month to love yourself truly and deeply and transform your life.
Do whatever it takes to feel powerful from the inside out. To feel in control. To feel that I happen to things. Decide that I and only I am responsible for my feelings, my emotions, and ultimately, my life. Every single piece.
