- #EDS will have to watch the replay; nice suggestion to read (only avail used at AMZN, hoping for interesting marginalia)

- #ChrisAldrich There were only one or two copies available this morning and _someone_ (I'm not going to say who) bought the last ones available. The used copies remaining all seem to be shipping from the UK and will take a few weeks to arrive... I'm forced to get one from the library to attempt to keep up.

- #ThomasVanderWal I ordered a used copy that should arrived around the 21st. Only one of the universities near me has a copy, but it is loaned out (and I don’t have access privileges). I did a lot of digging and found a PDF to read until it arrives.

- #grabe - Same problem here. My university access is back in North Dakota. I saw there was one from Amazon yesterday (I checked during our gathering and the page was still on my browser saying one remaining). I found a used copy, but it is going to be a couple of weeks.

- #EDS Well, I consider myself fortunate, as Amazon still maintains my copy arrives tomorrow... Hopefully other copies make themselves known/PDFable - I did see a copy at Scribd, if one has a subscription there. Related, my pal Will who was thinking of joining just asked what the next book is, so I referred him to this title.
