Every relationship we have in life reflects the relationship we have with ourselves.

There is no real safety in contraction. All that it can offer you is a false sense of security. You can easily change your body’s response by replacing this outdated belief system (of feeling safe through contraction) with the belief that expansion will make you safe.

The denial of our Divine nature lies at the basis of violating the laws of nature. This deep-rooted self-denial is the judgment that is known as the ‘original sin’. It is also the cause of duality.

What we believe or fear these influences will do to us, they exactly do to us, but not otherwise.

Fearful expectations put energy into exactly that which you don’t want. Your Higher Self is made of one (not two) and has no limitations in its ability to fulfill desires, only infinite possibilities. It simply cannot recognize a negative (don’t) versus a positive (do) instruction.

This invisible field is consciousness. It unites opposites, keeps them together.

There are nearly innumerable ways to complete a jigsaw puzzle, just as there are an almost infinite number of choices you can make to become aware of your essential nature. How and when you get there is of no real importance. That you do get there is what counts.

Letting God do what they think they cannot do doesn’t help them, it just enslaves them even further.

Everything you oppose becomes stronger by virtue of providing it with your energy. Since the universe assumes that whatever you put your attention on is what you want, it ‘graciously’ provides you with more of the same.
