L - leverage tasks you get 10xN - Tasks you get 1 to 1O - Overheard tasks - you get not much

IDEA2 - LNO framework - a framework to use on an endless to do list , with a perfectionist mindset, to reduce stress and overwhelm. Tasks are not equal. however, we treat them the same if we are ambitious.

Optics Level is tricky. if the culture signals if you do the optics well you are incentivised and not the rest, out of balance.

Anther High leverage tasks are PM getting strategy right. We procrastinate on L tasks because we know that they are leverage tasks. We are shy to start because they do not know whether they can get it right.
