I heard an artist by the name of Holly Herndon say that the term AI is a huge disservice and collective intelligence is a far more accurate term.

if there’s more than one way of doing intelligence—the human way and this AI way—then of course there are infinite ways of doing intelligence. So for me what AI does, or these realizations about AI, is open up a window to thinking about all the many different forms of intelligence that intelligence could take.
