In January 2007, Steve Jobs introduced the iPhone using a 2x2 matrix with these axes in the keynote: ◻️”smart” / “not so smart” ◻️ “hard to use” / “easy to use” Apple has since sold more than $1 trillion worth of iPhones. LESSON: Only Steve Jobs is allowed to use a 2x2 matrix.
