What are the main areas they need to understand to get from struggle to success? Those become your recurring themes.

Ask yourself: What do my readers complain about? What keeps them up at night? What do they wish more people understood?

Your Writing Truth needs to come from your actual experience, not just your knowledge. Focus on bigger experiences and insights, not surface-level topics.
