I ask questions that might nudge Julia away from factual memories and into the way she subconsciously applies the lessons she took from them to use now.
In Clean Language sessions, and certainly for our purposes here, we are most interested in exploring the sensations and feelings that you want rather than the ones you don’t want. Desirable feelings are another kind of resource, for we can call upon them to help us when a difficult situation arises to which we would like to respond differently.
