Thou hast given him his heart’s desire, And hast not withholden the request of his lips.

I will give thanks unto Jehovah with my whole heart; I will show forth all thy marvellous works. 2 I will be glad and exult in thee; I will sing praise to thy name, O thou Most High. 3 When mine enemies turn back,

shall not be moved; To all generations I shall not

Jehovah fulfil all thy petitions. 6 Now know I that Jehovah saveth his anointed; He will answer him from his holy heaven With the saving strength of his right hand. 7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will make mention of the name of Jehovah our God.

14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in thy sight,

They are bowed down and fallen; But we are risen, and stand upright. 9 Save, Jehovah: Let the King answer us when we call.

More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the droppings of the honeycomb. 11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: In keeping them there is great reward. 12 Who can discern his errors? Clear thou me from hidden faults. 13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins;

3 For thou meetest him with the blessings of goodness:

7 Thou hast put gladness in my heart, More than they have when their grain and their new wine are increased. 8 In peace will I both lay me down and sleep; For thou, Jehovah, alone makest me dwell in safety.
